These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the La Habra Shine Co. website at lahabrashine.com and the services we provide. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Services
La Habra Shine Co. provides professional exterior cleaning services including driveway restoration (pressure washing), auto detailing, and house washing (soft wash). Services are available in La Habra, California and surrounding communities including Brea, Fullerton, Whittier, and La Mirada.
Booking & Deposits
To book a service, you submit a quote request through our website and pay a refundable deposit to secure your appointment time slot. Deposit amounts are based on the total estimated service price:
- $0 – $199: $25 deposit
- $200 – $349: $35 deposit
- $350 – $499: $50 deposit
- $500+: $75 deposit
Deposits are applied toward your total service cost. Payment of the remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
Pricing & Estimates
Prices displayed on our website are estimates based on the information you provide (property size, vehicle type, service options, etc.). Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual conditions observed at the time of service. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made with reasonable notice before your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to retain the deposit for no-shows or last-minute cancellations without notice.
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to your service, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates. Message frequency is typically 1–3 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us directly.
Service Conditions
By booking a service, you agree to the following:
- You will provide accurate information about your property or vehicle
- You will ensure reasonable access to the service area on the day of your appointment
- You will move vehicles or objects that may obstruct the work area when possible
Limitation of Liability
La Habra Shine Co. performs all services with reasonable care and professionalism. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or conditions that are not visible prior to service. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Website Use
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to interfere with the website's operation, access restricted areas without authorization, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
